SATELLITE EARTH STATION MAINTENANCE INTRODUCTION TRAINING COURSE
Our most popular course, based on actual satellite earth station day-to-day operation and maintenance is scheduled for the 22nd of November 2021 at our Centurion facility. The unique feature of this course is the combination of hands-on and theory of the day-to-day maintenance issues encountered on a teleport to help the participants understand —not memorize— the day-to-day maintenance activities at their teleport.
Who should attend this course?
The course is designed to take new satellite earth station maintenance staff through the operation of a satellite earth station to equip them for the day to day maintenance of their earth station.

What is the focus of this course?
The course is designed to give maintenance staff an understanding of the day-to-day maintenance tasks on a teleport. On popular demand, the course now includes the correct procedure to install and weatherproof RF connectors on coaxial cable to avoid countless problems during the next rainstorm.

Our unique training approach with a combination of hands-on and satellite transmission theory will equip the course participants to perform the day-to-day maintenance tasks at their earth stations.
